A wave of panic swept through Delhi and Noida as nearly 100 schools received bomb threats via email, prompting swift action from law enforcement agencies. Delhi Police issued a statement on their official account, reassuring the public that the threats appeared to be hoaxes and urging calm amidst the chaos.

The threats, received by institutions including Sanskriti School, Mother Mary School, and Delhi Public School, triggered evacuations and thorough searches by police personnel. Despite extensive efforts, no suspicious items were found, easing concerns for parents and students alike.

"Some schools of Delhi received E-mails regarding bomb threats. Delhi Police has conducted thorough check of all such schools as per protocol. Nothing objectionable has been found. It appears that these calls seem to be hoax," Delhi police said  in their statement.

Reassuring parents, Delhi Police spokesperson Suman Nalwa urged them not to panic, stating that no suspicious items had been discovered. However, authorities continue their investigation into the origin of the emails, with the cyber cell unit working to trace the sender's IP address and apprehend those responsible for the alarming hoax.
